Project Overview
Entra ID: user provisioning, group-based access, MFA enforcement, and Conditional Access policies — managing identity for multiple client organisations in a single tenant.
Intune: Windows 11 device enrolment, compliance policies, remote actions (Retire vs Wipe), and configuration profiles deployed across client devices.
Defender for Endpoint: devices onboarded, antivirus and ASR policies deployed, firewall rules configured, and the security dashboard monitored for active alerts.
Teams & SharePoint: team sites created, channel structures configured, and group-based permissions managed for two client organisations.
Autopilot: hardware hash extraction, deployment profile creation, and user-driven enrolment workflow documented end-to-end.
All configurations documented to MSP runbook standard and version-controlled on GitHub — repeatable, auditable, production-grade.
