I'm a London-based IT professional specialising in hybrid infrastructure and IT support, targeting 1st Line IT Support and IT Operations roles. I hold CompTIA A+, MS-900, ITIL 4 Foundation, and Microsoft Applied Skills (AD DS) — with CompTIA Network+ in progress, exam booked for June 2026.
For the past year I've been resolving IT incidents, administering enterprise systems, and managing access control in a live corporate setting at Deluxe Media — without “IT” in my job title. I work with ServiceNow daily, administer Genetec CCTV and electronic access control at scale, and coordinate with internal IT teams to drive incidents to resolution.
Outside of work, I run a personal home-lab on Windows Server 2022 — building a multi-site Active Directory environment with OU structure, GPO, PowerShell user lifecycle scripts, and M365 Hybrid Identity Sync. Everything is documented to enterprise standard and version-controlled on GitHub. I also write PowerShell and Python scripts to automate routine helpdesk tasks.
What I Do
Three areas where I bring real, verifiable experience — not just study notes.
01.Microsoft 365 Endpoint Management
I have hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 environments — Intune device compliance policies, Entra ID user provisioning and Conditional Access, Defender for Endpoint onboarding, and Teams/SharePoint administration. Supplemented with a dedicated home-lab running Hybrid Identity Sync between on-premises Windows Server 2022 and Entra ID.
02.Enterprise Helpdesk & Incident Support
At Deluxe Media I serve as the primary contact for IT and facilities queries — logging, prioritising, and resolving incidents through Microsoft 365 and structured ITSM workflows. I troubleshoot network faults, access control errors, and hardware failures, escalating complex issues with clear written documentation.
03.Active Directory & Scripting
I built and maintain a Windows Server 2022 Active Directory homelab simulating a multi-site enterprise environment — OU structure, GPO, RBAC security groups, and full user lifecycle automation via PowerShell. Scripts include onboarding, offboarding, and incident reporting, all logged to audit standard.
