I'm a London-based IT professional specialising in Microsoft 365 endpoint management, actively pursuing a dedicated MSP or IT Operations role. I hold CompTIA A+, MS-900, and ITIL 4 Foundation — with MD-102 Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator in progress, exam booked for May 2026.
For the past year I've been resolving IT incidents, administering enterprise systems, and managing Microsoft 365 environments in a live corporate setting at Deluxe Media — without “IT” in my job title. I work with ServiceNow daily, administer Genetec CCTV and electronic access control at scale, and manage live M365 infrastructure including Entra ID and device compliance for SME clients through KDVLab, my IT practice.
What sets me apart from most entry-level candidates is production experience — not sandbox learning. My M365 environments serve real clients with real users. I configure Intune compliance policies, manage Entra ID Conditional Access, and handle Defender for Endpoint onboarding in environments that cannot afford downtime. I also write PowerShell and Python scripts to automate routine tasks and document everything to runbook standard. I also build in React and Next.js — the websites for KDVLab's clients are mine.
What I Do

01.Microsoft 365 Endpoint Management
I manage live Microsoft 365 environments for SME clients through KDVLab — Intune device compliance policies, Entra ID user provisioning and Conditional Access, Defender for Endpoint onboarding, and Teams/SharePoint administration. Production environments with real users, not sandbox tenants.
02.Enterprise Helpdesk & Incident Support
At Deluxe Media I serve as the primary contact for IT and facilities queries — logging, prioritising, and resolving incidents through Microsoft 365 and structured ITSM workflows. I troubleshoot network faults, access control errors, and hardware failures, escalating complex issues with clear written documentation.
03.Active Directory & Scripting
I built and maintain a Windows Server 2022 Active Directory homelab simulating a multi-site enterprise environment — OU structure, GPO, RBAC security groups, and full user lifecycle automation via PowerShell. Scripts include onboarding, offboarding, and incident reporting, all logged to audit standard.
